What Happened?

Have you ever had times where you felt like you were on top of the world? You felt like you could do anything. You were excited, motivated, inspired, and then poof all gone?

What happened? It is safe to say that a majority of us have been in this place. We go from all the way up to all the way down emotionally. What is really going on?

It’s good practice to track our steps. What happened from there to here? Better yet, who have I been in contact with? What did I encounter?

We must be conscientious of what we allow to invade our space. We genuinely want to help others and be a listening ear, but sometimes a person’s vocabulary and the way they speak can drain you emotionally and physically. When we track our day, we say “ohhh that’s what happened”?

There is a point and time where we must cut off all conversations that are not beneficial. If it doesn’t add to your life, let it go. Life is too precious and too short. Your best days are still to come after laying down the heavy burdens of ourselves and others’ problems. Some will get mad. It’s ok. It won’t be the first or the last. Make wise choices and enjoy life.
