The Black community has spoken, and Vaseline has responded!
The skincare staple in many households has just released an exciting new collection. The Illuminate Me by Vaseline collection was just created and that’s not all!
The collection is a collaboration with three Black women including Shalom Blac, Sloane Stephens, and Cristina Martinez. This is the brand’s first time partnering with influencers in order to release a product line. There are two moisturizing products part of this collection.
It includes the Whopped Body Butter and Shimmering Body Oil – both retail for $10.
The three women and brand tested out various formulas in order to find out what would work best for consumers. The products are in a stunning gold packaging – a silhouette of a Black woman. It was actually designed by Martinez herself.
The body butter is formulated with glycerin, shea butter, and petroleum jelly. Talk about hydration!
The Body Oil was made to provide moisture to the skin. It is lightweight and non-greasy. It also contains bronze, gold, copper, and brown shimmer to give the skin a subtle glow.
Each product of the Illuminate Me collection is avaliable at Walmart and online for $10 each.
