Dry skin is such a curse. It’s one of the things that I struggle with most in regards to my skin’s health. I swear, no matter what I do I can’t keep the dry patches off my face, but something that has definitely helped me in my skincare journey is discovering new products that don’t continue to dry out the skin, but instead keep the skin healthy and hydrated as it can be. I’m a big fan of face washes/cleansers because of the obvious reasons. They keep impurities and grime off the face but finding the right one to aid my dry skin was a task in itself. Here are five of my favorite face washes for my dry skin, in hopes that it helps you as much as it has helped me.
Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser, $28
You’ve probably seen this cleanser all over social media. The milky jelly consistency is what intrigued me the most. I love that it is gentle on the skin and the pH-balanced formula is truly perfection.
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Facial Cleansing Gel, $9
If you’re looking for an affordable cleanser from the drugstore, I absolutely love this one. It’s not only budget-friendly but it’s high in quality. It adds moisture to the face while removing impurities off the face.
Kate Somerville DeliKate Soothing Cleanser, $40
I love this cleaner because it calms the skin from redness and irritation. It makes the face feel so soothing without that feeling of moisture being stripped from the skin.
Urban Skin Rx Combination Skin Cleansing Bar, $24
I won’t lie to you, the thought of a cleansing balm was terrifying to me, but I’m so glad I gave this one a try. It evens out the skin tone and leaves the skin feeling radiant and youthful.
Rosen Skincare Super Smoothie Cleaner, $18
I love an all-natural product, don’t you? This one soothes the skin while giving it all the nutrients and vitamins it needs. Hello healthy, happy skin.
