Mental health is essential to a healthy lifestyle! The Sound It Out campaign was just launched in order to bring awareness to mental health in the Black and Hispanic/Latinx communities using the power of music! The focus on their campaign was Gen-Z’ers with songs, videos, and resources in both English and Spanish.
Within the campaign, Sound It Out purpose is to bridge the gap of communication between middle-school kids and their caregivers.
