But her impact goes far beyond administration—she is a minister in training, fearlessly preparing to bring light, wisdom, and spiritual guidance to all those she encounters.

Her academic excellence underscores her devotion to spiritual growth. A proud graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Religion, Shavonne is now pursuing a Master of Arts in Chaplaincy from the same institution. This advanced study equips her to minister with even greater depth, compassion, and biblical authority, ensuring she is fully prepared to serve diverse communities with love and wisdom.

A Journey of Strength and Transformation

Before stepping into full-time ministry, Shavonne dedicated a decade of her life to serving in the United States Army, where she developed unbreakable discipline, resilience, and a heart for service. However, the true transformation came two years ago when she fully surrendered her life to Jesus. In a defining moment of faith, she was baptized alongside her two daughters, marking the beginning of a profound and relentless pursuit of God’s purpose. Since that powerful day, Shavonne has been unstoppable, moving forward with fiery passion and uncompromising obedience to her divine calling.

A Ministry of Breakthroughs and Healing

In 2024, Shavonne took a bold step of faith by launching Tea Time, a groundbreaking women’s ministry born from the Holy Spirit’s prompting. Understanding the power of testimony, Tea Time creates a safe, uplifting space for women to share their stories, build a strong faith-based community, and experience the transformative love of Jesus. Through this movement, Shavonne is not just leading—she is igniting a fire in women to rise up, embrace their faith with courage, and step boldly into their God-ordained destinies.

A Champion for Advocacy and Inclusion

Beyond ministry, Shavonne is an unrelenting advocate for individuals with autism and disabilities. She passionately believes that every individual is fearfully and wonderfully made in God’s image, with a unique and powerful purpose. Her mission is to shatter barriers, cultivate awareness, and ensure inclusivity so that individuals with disabilities receive the love, support, and opportunities they deserve. Looking ahead, Shavonne is preparing for another major milestone—her official licensing as a minister in July 2025. With a heart that beats for discipleship, women’s empowerment, and expanding God’s kingdom, she is poised for even greater works.
