She’s calling all Boss Chicks, Boss Ladies, and Businesswomen to the dance floor!
When it comes to fashion, Louisiana-bred singer Shae Nycole is making a statement with her bold, vibrant new look. As she leads with her music and style, she’s giving us more than one reason to get out and dance in this summer heat. With lustrous, long blond tresses, a golden chopper upon her neck, and a blood orange body suit hugging her curvy body – she was sure to make a fashion statement while standing boldly in her high-heeled, pink stiletto heels.
A bona fide head-turner – the actress, singer, and songwriter just released her new single, “Run It Up” feat. Choppa. It’s a song with high energy and a powerful message “Sometimes you have to encourage yourself. I’m learning to put myself first! It’s time to live so no matter what you’re going through just keep pushing. I’ve loved and I’ve lost, but I’ve learned to win and now it’s time to live again. So right now, at this moment, I’m Running it up! I’m Running up life and living again – so I want to encourage others to do the same,” she says.
As she posed for her new single cover, the singer told Sheen, “I love fashion, I love unique pieces. I also have a boutique, Shae’s Kloset. I love to also design what I want to wear, and have it customized for me in a way that other woman can embrace and love. My style is driven by how I feel, Lol! I’m a tom girl that loves athletic apparel, but I’ll also throw on a pair of heels with the Dane look and take it to another level.”
“Denim and fringe are also some of my favorites because like I said earlier, I’m a Louisiana girl,” she added.
Nycole took to social media to share the breaking news, “RUN IT UP! … My new single is OUT! This one is for all the independent ladies, it’s time to put us first! We’re not waiting on anyone for anything ok! Now let me see you #ShaeWalk with it,” she wrote.
Opening up with a powerful fusion of Hip Hop and Pop vibes, it’s not long before she leads the crowd into a powerful, catchy hook. “Run it Up/ Flipped a bag I’m bout to Live it Up/ You don’t have a dime you wasting ya time/ Level Up, carry on/ I had to learn to put myself first/ Can’t live for no one else,” she sings in the hook of her latest single.
With a fanbase that includes almost 60K IG followers, her music lovers commented with hearts, fire emoji’s, and handclaps to share their excitement and support of the song that empowers them both lyrically and emotionally. Earlier this month, the singer challenged her listeners to tag a Boss Chick, Boss Lady, and a Business Lady in the “Run It Up” challenge. In her own words she’s “Out in these streets feeling Bold and Beautiful.”
“I’m also a woman of many hats, so I have my own Hat collection. It’s a beautiful collection of wide brim fedoras for women of many hats. I call it the, ‘The Shae Nycole Collection.’ You will often see me walk in a room with a show stopping crown from my collection,” she says.
Available on all streaming platforms, “Run it Up,” is the perfect song for empowerment, dance, and music.
