Pepsi and Marcus Samuelsson have just recently teamed up for an exciting project.
The two have joined forces for a new mini-episodic docuseries titled, You Have To Taste This. This new online show will highlight rising Black chefs.
Samuelsson will visit a new restaurant across the nation to sit down with these chefs and owners to discuss their backgrounds and businesses.
This new series is part of Pepsi’s ‘The Pepsi Dig’ initiative – which aims to generate at least $100 million in sales for Black-owned restaurants over the span of five years.
The first episode will air this week on Wednesday, August 18th on Pepsi Dig’s social media platforms @PepsiDigIn and featured on Marcus Samuelsson’s YouTube channel.
