Just yesterday, Joe Biden officially confirmed that Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) has been chosen to be his VP in this year’s election.
If Biden and Senator Harris are elected, she will become the first black, and person of idnian descent, and first woman Vice President in history!
.@JoeBiden can unify the American people because he's spent his life fighting for us. And as president, he'll build an America that lives up to our ideals.
I'm honored to join him as our party's nominee for Vice President, and do what it takes to make him our Commander-in-Chief.

The New York Times has reported that Biden announced his pick over text and in his e-mail to supporters that read, “Joe Biden here. Big news: I’ve chosen Kamala Harris as my running mate. Together, with you, we’re going to beat Trump.”
In his e-mail, he added, “You make a lot of important decisions as president. But the first one is who you select to be your Vice President. I’ve decided that Kamala Harris is the best person to help me take this fight to Donald Trump and Mike Pence and then to lead this nation starting in January 2021.”
Congratulation to Kamala Harris! Hi!
