Prioritizing Self-Care: I prioritize self-care activities that nourish my mind, body, and spirit. This includes regular exercise, mindfulness practices, hobbies, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Managing Time Effectively: I use time management techniques to optimize productivity during work hours, allowing me to accomplish tasks efficiently and minimize work-related stress. This includes prioritizing tasks, setting realistic goals, and minimizing distractions.
What’s your best piece of advice for aspiring and new entrepreneurs?
Dr. Chi Quita Mack: Do It Scared: Fear is a natural part of the entrepreneurial journey. Whether it’s fear of failure, uncertainty, or stepping outside of your comfort zone, it’s important to recognize that feeling scared is normal. However, it’s what you do in the face of fear that defines your success. So, I encourage you to do it scared. Take that leap of faith, pursue your dreams, and trust in your ability to overcome obstacles along the way.
