LA will serve as a three-time host city, joining Paris and London, but the idea is to emulate the French capital by making the most use of the current infrastructure. The two most often used venues will be the brand-new SoFi Stadium, home of the NFL’s Rams and Chargers with 70,200 seats, and the Coliseum, which hosted in 1932 and 1984. The football stadium of the LA Galaxy is one of the other current locations designated for use. The beachfront in Long Beach will also be a popular destination for certain outdoor water sports. The swimming races will be held in SoFi Stadium in the Inglewood area, which will be transformed and have a gorgeous pool added.

August 15 is the day of the Paralympic opening ceremony, while August 27 is the day of the closing ceremony.
