Eric “EWill” Williams is a remarkable and multifaceted individual who has made a significant impact in various fields, including as a pastor, musician, music director, author, and CEO.His life and work are driven by a revolutionary and bold (“R&B”) spirit, which transcends the conventional boundaries of his ministries.

Affectionately known as ” EWill is the visionary founder and pastor of Life Turning Point Ministries, a vibrant congregation located in Charlotte, North Carolina. His ministry is characterized by a profound belief in reaching out to people beyond the confines of traditional church, extending a welcoming and inclusive message that proclaims citizenship in the Kingdom of God as a birthright accessible to all.

EWill’s expertise in the world of music is highly sought after. He has become the go-to music director for a prestigious roster of industry elites, a testament not only to his musical acumen and extensive experience but also to his holistic approach to his craft. EWill possesses a remarkable ability to enhance an artist’s musical vision, transforming it into an unforgettable experience that leaves both the artist and the audience with lasting memories of what they heard and, equally important, how they felt.His list of corporate clients includes renowned entities such as Bravo TV, where he made valuable contributions to “R&B Queens,” and BET, where he played a pivotal role in the 2022 BET Awards and P. Diddy’s performances.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he recognized a critical need to provide food and self-care opportunities to marginalized communities in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. EWill consistently supports local and national organizations, including the Urban League of Central Carolinas, HBCU Culture, and the 400 Years of African American History Commission’s “Stronger Than…” campaign, all of which make meaningful and lasting impacts on the community.In addition to his numerous accomplishments, EWill is currently working on a personal album and a memoir, which serve as powerful testaments to others.

They illustrate that one can break through limiting barriers and step into their divine purpose and power through the grace of God.In December 2023, Eric will receive an honorary doctorate in humanitarianism from Leaders Esteem Christian University in Houston, Texas, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the betterment of society.He also will receive the 2023 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Medal of Honor from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, along with media recognition, in acknowledgment of his exceptional community work and impact.EWill is a native of Buffalo New York. He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his loving family, where he continues to inspire, uplift, and make a positive impact in the lives of those he encounters.
