WORKOUT

I enjoy full body workouts! Full body workouts allow you to spend less time in the gym by focusing on the major muscle groups, helping to your build strength, increase muscle size, and offers fat loss benefits too, because you typically train at a slightly higher intensity level than split training to help burn extra calories and fat.  Here’s an example of a full body workout that you can take to the gym with you, be sure to choose weights that you can lift with good form and safely.

Bench Press (works, Mid Chest, Shoulders & Traps)

  • 4 Sets 10 Reps

Back Squat (works glutes and hamstrings)

  • 4 sets 10 Reps

Barbell Rows (Lats)

  • 4 sets 10 Reps

Lying Leg Curls (Hamstrings)

  • 4 Sets 15 reps

Seated  Overhead Barbell Curls (shoulders (anterior deltoids)

  • 4 Sets 10 Reps

T-Bar Rows (Lats)

  • 4 Sets 15 Reps

Barbell Bicep Curls (Biceps)

  • 4 Sets 10 Reps

MEAL PLAN

My favorite and go to meal is: an Egg White (6oz) omelette with onions, peppers, and spinach, with 1/2 an avocado, and 6 oz of skillet red potatoes.
I believe in eating balanced meals, not dieting. When making lifestyle changes to lose weight, you should always be able to identify what’s on your plate. In the meal above, egg whites are my protein, the avocado is my fat, and the red potatoes & veggies are my carbs.
