Night one of Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival kicked off at the historic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Headlining a night of stand-up and music, Dave Chappelle played to a packed house.
Luenell, Pete Davidson, and Donnell Rawlings made guest appearances, as did DJ Pee Wee Anderson Paak, and Erykah Badu, who brought the house down with her electrifying performance.
There was an Opening Night Party at the W Hotel later in the evening, where Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival brought in guests such as Bill Burr and Dave Chappelle. London Hughes and Jay Pharoah were also in attendance, as were Nico Carney, Kenice Mobley, and Irene Tu.
Additional shows from last night include Duncan Trussell Family Hour, Leimert Park Comedy Night Every Thursday, Crack ’em Up, Aida & Friends, Tonight At The Improv Featuring Brian Monarch, Podcast But Outside With Cole Hersch And Andrew Michaan, Lovett Or Leave It With Jon Lovett, and Zainab Johnson In The Round.
