The Brooklyn emcee C. Jamison expresses his confidence as an emcee in his latest single with the East Coast rap legend, Papoose, “Feel Like.” C Jamison rhymes about how he’s on the top of his game and that he’s all about his money. Jamison raps about how he overcomes his demons thanks to his musical gifts, which help him run up a check. Throughout the Bandit Luce produced song, C Jamison gives listeners heartfelt lyrics about how his gift allows him to leave a legacy for his family and friends, as he says rap is his superpower.

Papoose gives rappers a reality check with the lines, “You played your cards wrong when they were dealt. Can’t blame nobody, you did it yourself. When you are too entitled, that is suicidal, so you end up just killing yourself. I don’t know how you live with yourself, you should consider evicting yourself…”

In the video directed by Will C For Street Heat, the emcees rapped across different New York City boroughs. When asked about his thoughts of the collaboration, C. Jamison stated it’s like “The new face of Hip Hop featuring the head Of Hip Hop!”

C. Jamison is a Brooklyn, New York rapper who aspires to be the modern-day Biggie Smalls. He was originally born in South Carolina and would spend his summers there, but his musical upbringing is unique. He began loving music during his adolescent days in church, and his cousins made him fall in love with rap music. An early inspiration for his rapping career was 50 Cent, as C Jamison listened to many of 50’s remixes, which influenced C Jamison to start recording his own remixes to famous rappers’ songs. He collaborated with Jim Jones on his latest single, “Living.”
