You all should be familiar with comedian and female actress Bresha Webb (Marlon, A Fall From Grace, Night School) if you’re not you can check her out in her new show on Starz “Run The World and her new movie, Meet The Blacks 2 that will be released this Friday in theaters.
We sat down with Webb virtually to catch up and discuss her current projects, how her funny personality opened up more opportunities for her and what’s girl talk without discussing her love life!
Webb discusses coming back to work on the sequel of Meet The Blacks 2 with hilarious comedians like Katt Williams, Mike Epps, Michael Blackson, Lil Duval and more. The first Meet The Blacks opened as the #2 highest-grossing new release of the April 1, 2016 weekend. Which she plays the young daughter of Carl Black (Mike Epps). She did share that a lot of the movie tended to be improv and how director Deon Taylor (Fatale, The Intruder, Black and Blue) let them run with it.
Webb also expressed that being that her character as Renee on the new show “Run The World” is very similar to her personality in real life, it was one of the hardest roles she has had to play.
Webb lightly touched on her love life while sharing that she does have her eggs frozen and how women should feel comfortable making that decision for themselves. Being that there are so many options and ways to have kids now a days which is coming very common now a days.
