After nearly 1 million views of her single “To It,” Aryeé The Gem and her label, Saint & Citizen Music have posted a live performance of the song on her YouTube channel. If you’re in New York on Saturday, July 29th you’ll be able to experience Aryeé The Gem live performing on-stage at The Harlem Festival of Culture. She joins an amazing lineup of artists including Teyana Taylor, Muni Long, Jazzy, Major, Tink, and more. Based in Atlanta, Aryeé recorded the live recorded performance in LA, while preparing for the show in New York!
In 2022, The Roots’ Questlove won an Academy Award for his critically acclaimed documentary, Summer Of Love, which put a spotlight on the iconic Harlem Cultural Festival, which took place in 1969 and boasted performances from Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight & The Pips, and Sly and the Family Stone. This Harlem Festival of Culture event is a reimagining of that festival! A full lineup of the festival from July 28-July 30th can be found at harlemfestivalofculture.com. Be a part of history. Come to NYC’s Randall’s Island, see Aryeè live, and participate in this cultural celebration!
