What is your best-selling product?
Keish Warren: Our Cajun Snow Crab boil is definitely our top seller, as it captivates many new customers who may not have heard of us before. Following closely behind is our Original Snow Crab boil. Once customers become familiar with our brand, our Low Country boils become increasingly popular, and our crawfish, especially in areas where customers are familiar with them, sell very well.
How has the food industry changed since you started?
Keish Warren: While we remain the sole seafood boil in a bag company in our industry, there has been a rise in similar seafood-boil-related products entering the market. Since our inception, seafood boils have transformed from a southern delicacy to a culinary delight enjoyed across all regions of the USA.
What inspired you to start a food business, and why did you choose to focus on seafood?
Keish Warren: Crabby Bags was founded by two busy parents and their fifth graders, all working from home at the onset of the pandemic. We launched Crabby Bags as a convenient and efficient way to prepare seafood for our seafood-loving son.
What sets your seafood products apart from others in the market?
Keish Warren: We prioritize quality and taste over quantity. Our seafood boils are freshly prepared weekly to ensure that quality remains our top priority. Packed with the protein of your choice, jumbo shrimp, baby potatoes, sweet corn, and beef sausages, all marinated in our delectable buttery garlic sauces, our seafood boils offer a unique and flavorful experience for our customers.
