Ramses, a veteran in the media industry, reporting on all types of topics with high emphasis on Black culture, was forced to make a very serious decision with his former radio station employers when some of their views on Black culture did not synergistically align with his own personal views, thus urging him to part way with them and ultimately create Civic Cipher. Teaming up with Q Ward and Maggie B. Knowin, two other well rounded individuals have single handedly opted out of the conventional aspects of Black media and dived into nitty gritty of true Black media coverage.
Expect stellar interviews and Black discussion forums from three well educated and highly anticipated black journalists. Keeping it real at all times! For the culture!
