Mass Shooting at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas

The once reported number of 14 people killed has gone up. According to CNN, nineteen children and two teachers were killed when an 18-year-old gunman entered an unlocked door of the school. Salvador Ramos, the gunman, shot his grandmother, who is in serious condition, before entering the school. He revealed plans on social media and through text to a friend. Despite previous information, Ramos was not confronted by anyone from when he left his grandmother’s house to approaching the school. There is still confusion about how long the gunman was in the school and how he barricaded himself in a class, killing multiple victims before officials forced their way in and killed the suspect.
