On April 4th, Grammy-winning songwriter, performing artist, and actor, Kameron Corvet, released, “I Will, a deeply personal and emotionally charged song about resilience, self-acceptance, and the journey toward healing after heartbreak. Written, composed, and co-produced by Corvet, with production by Pierre Medor, “I Will,” is more than just a ballad—it’s an anthem for emotional restoration.

With poignant lyrics and soul-stirring melodies, “I Will” is a song for anyone who has ever felt stuck in heartbreak. “Authenticity doesn’t exist without vulnerability,” shares Kameron. “As men, especially Black men, we’re brought up to hold everything in. We’re often taught to suppress our emotions and carry our pain in silence. I wrote ‘I Will’ after the end of a long-term relationship not as a lament, but as an affirmation of growth. I hope that “I Will” inspires you to release whatever is holding you back emotionally. It takes courage to let go and move forward into healing.”

Equally gifted as a vocalist and guitarist, he continues to carve out a space where musicianship in R&B meets storytelling and authenticity. His raw lyrical honesty on “I Will,” coupled with his signature falsetto, speaks to anyone navigating the complexities of love and loss.

With a career spanning over a decade, Kameron Corvet’s signature smooth vocals, evocative storytelling, and masterful songwriting have made him a respected name in the industry. He has created and composed music across all genres –  fusing soul, pop, hip-hop, and even reggae elements. His publishing credits include tunes for top artists like Sting, Shaggy, Toni Braxton, Case, Freddie Jackson, Angie Stone, and Keith Sweat, all while touring and maintaining a successful solo career.

In addition to releasing new music in 2025, Corvet’s vocals will be featured on Black Samson, The Bastard Swordsman, a special Wu-Tang Clan project featuring all nine Wu members with additional guest appearances from hip-hop legends Kool G Rap, Nicole Bus, and Benny the Butcher. Kameron’s most recent single, You With Me,” (2024) was selected for a scene (between LaLa and Da’Vinchi’s character) on Starz’s series, BMF (Season 2: Episode 1).

In 2020, Corvet made his acting debut portraying Aretha Franklin’s guitarist, Cornell Luther Dupree, in Nat Geo’s production of Genius: Aretha! He is a fourth-generation singer/songwriter from Cincinnati and Baton Rouge, who currently calls Atlanta home. Kameron Corvet earned his degree from Morehouse College in French and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
