Inspired by Chef Baul’s late grandmother, Betty Sue, who sparked his lifelong love for cooking, the restaurant is designed to offer an unforgettable all-day breakfast experience, blending heartwarming southern comfort food with impeccable 5-star service.

Betty Sue’s promises to become an instant favorite for locals and visitors, offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience that combines great food, affordable pricing, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Specializing in early-morning brunch, the restaurant will serve a curated menu filled with traditional breakfast and brunch favorites like chicken and waffles, French toast, and signature dishes such as salmon croquettes, Oxtail/Shrimp and Grits, recipes from Chef Baul’s beloved grits line. Guests will also be treated to the distinctive flavor of Chef Baul’s Hotlanta sauce – a savory, honey hot sauce that perfectly complements every dish on the menu.

“Our menu at Betty Sue’s is a celebration of the comforting flavors we grew up with and the creative twists that make them unforgettable. From our decadent Shrimp and Grits, to our crispy Mason’s Chicken & Waffles, each dish is made with love and crafted to bring people together,” says CEO Daniella Williams. “Whether you’re indulging in our signature Ivy Oxtails with Grits or savoring our classic Biscuits & Gravy, you’ll taste the care and passion that goes into every bite. And don’t forget our Hotlanta sauce—it’s the perfect touch to elevate every dish with a little sweet heat!”
