Let’s talk about Alexandria, Virginia—a spot where charm meets culinary excellence, and my recent foodie trip was nothing short of amazing! My journey started at the Fish Market VA Restaurant, right in the heart of Old Town. This gem is ideally situated for people-watching while devouring some of the best seafood dishes in town. I dove straight into their lobster pasta, a creamy, decadent dish that’s as indulgent as it sounds, and followed it up with their famous crabcake sandwich—packed with flavor and so fresh, it practically melted in my mouth.

After lunch, I couldn’t resist topping it all off with a short walk to Pop’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream, where I treated myself to a thick and creamy cookies ‘n cream milkshake. It was dessert heaven in a cup, and I felt like a kid again!

The next day, I set off to continue my culinary escapades at Junction Bistro, Bar & Bakery. This cozy spot instantly welcomed me with the smell of freshly baked pastries and savory dishes. I started with their shrimp tacos, which were light, tangy, and bursting with fresh flavors, followed by some perfectly crispy chicken tenders that hit the spot. And for dessert? I savored a warm apple cruffin, a cross between a muffin and a croissant that oozed apple goodness in every bite.

Between the seafood delights, dreamy milkshakes, and fresh bakery treats, Alexandria, VA proved to be a foodie paradise I’ll be dreaming about until my next visit! 🌊🍤🍎 #AlexandriaEats #FishMarketVA #Pop’sOldFashionedIceCream #JunctionBistro
