ABOUT CONNIE DIIAMOND
It would be hard to miss Connie Diiamond. Every time she walks into a room or hops on a beat, the conversation shifts towards her. The only thing more head-turning than her shimmering blue hair and future-facing fashion sense is her gleefully cocky, charismatic, and confident flow. She doesn’t just speak her mind over punchy beats; she makes an unforgettable moment out of every single bar. Her outsized personality and innate lyrical acumen have elevated her as a bona fide force of nature and New York rap’s next leading lady. Absorbing energy from two sides of her city, she grew up between The Bronx and Queens. At 14-years-old, she jumped on the mic, recording for the first time in a neighbor’s D.I.Y. basement studio. Inspired by Trippie Redd, Latto, Remy Ma, Lil Kim and Ghostface Killah, she sent shockwaves through social media with unapologetic freestyles. Following “Trippy Bitch” [feat. Bali Baby] and “New Shmurda,” she evolved at a fast and furious pace via Trappin’ for the 99 & 2000 and Trap Elliot 2.0. She notably collaborated with NBA superstar Damian Lillard (a/k/a Dame D.O.L.L.A.) on “Raid” and KenTheMan on a fan favorite Remix of “Move.” 2023 saw her make waves with “Ghetto & Ratchet.” The breakout track reeled in millions of streams and attracted remixes by Remy Ma, Don Q, and Dave East. She inked a deal with Def Jam Recordings and turned up on the BET Awards stage with a stunning performance. It’s no wonder V Magazine christened her “Hip-hop’s best kept secret!.” Stacking up millions of streams and views, she ignites her 2024 Underdog SZN2EP and more to come.
