Since their 2015 debut in Austin, Texas at the legendary SXSW Music and Film Festival, Beats x Beers has been giving several cities all across the nation fire functions such as, Beer Fests, Beats & Brunches, Beats x Books HBCU Editions, and Beats x Beers Cocktail Socials. 

The Beats x Beers brand was envisioned and curated by Flint, Michigan native, Brandon Corder. The man behind the brand admits that while he is not a beer connoisseur, his background in music production brought the idea of Beats x Beers into fruition. “We used to make beats and drink beer. In my mind, I was thinking, this could be a festival type of situation.”  And just like that, Brandon alongside a supportive team, made it happen. The vibes consist of the dopest DJ’s, incredible venues, crisp beers and cocktails, and bangin’ beats. Previous notable special guest DJ’s include, but are not limited to, The Breakfast Clubs DJ Envy and legendary Hip Hop producers—GRAMMY nominated, Just Blaze and GRAMMY Award Winning, DJ Drama. 

Beats x Beers secured their residency in the entertainment capital of the world at Las Vegas’ legendary The Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower. Set at the Wet24 Pool & Bar rooftop since July 2024, the Beats x Beers Cocktail Social added to Vegas’ popular summertime pool party experience. The August installment featured DJ Kelly J and DJ King Smash on the ones and twos, coupled with lucrative networking with a variety of who’s who. When asked about what attendees can expect when joining the Beats x Beers parties, Brandon says, “We like to focus on having a positive and productive time.”
