On Monday, December 18th, Atlanta’s notable philanthropist/restaurateur, Ebony Austin of Nouveau Bar & Grill, gave back to her Atlanta community in a really big way! This year, Nouveau Bar & Grill’s 4th Annual Holiday Toy Drive’s theme was Recreating Christmas – as Ebony and her team blessed four children of a Breast Cancer survivor and gave them the Christmas of their dreams, loaded with giftsprizes, and more. Children of Survivors had priority with selecting gifts, and well over 1,000 children and families were given X-boxes, TV’s, play stations, and toys at Casade! And that’s not all. In addition to that, monetary donations were also given out to Clayton and Fulton County educators along with a paid car note. $1,000 scholarships were also gifted to seniors from Jonesboro High School presented by Christopher Sandifer in conjunction with Nouveau Bar & Grill!

And in traditional Nouveau fashion, Ebony not only blessed her community, but she also created an entire experience at the festive holiday toy drive–complete with  Jonesboro High School dancers and their mascot marching band. Guest attendees included Mayor Andre Dickens, Yandy Smith-Harris, Fly Guy DC, Dr. Contessa & Scott Metcalfe, Kendra Robinson, Hurricane Chris, Mz. Shyneka, and more. The fun-filled toy drive concluded with a holiday skate party to celebrate the children, families, and educators this Christmas!
