The 95th Oscars was held in Los Angeles on Sunday and the red-carpet fashion was one for the books.
Singer and actress Halle Bailey (Grown-ish, The Little Mermaid) was the talk of the timeline, with a custom Dolce and Gabbana gown fit for a Disney princess.
The gents also brought out their tuxedo-best—Idris Elba and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson chose to add a splash of color while Michael B. Jordan kept it classic in an all-black look.
Other standouts included Angela Bassett in a purple, floor-length gown fit for a queen. Floor-length gowns were a favorite for many of stars including Halle Berry, Janelle Monae, Danai Gurira (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever) and Rihanna.
The pop princess might have been the biggest and most anticipated star to walk the red carpet—she shone in a custom Maison Alaia brown, leather, floor-length gown. Rihanna seemingly drew inspiration from her 2022 Oscars’ after-party look with another long-sleeve, sheer tummy-baring gown that highlighted her pregnancy.
Stay tuned for more Oscar-weekend looks!
