You know what they say: It’s all in the eyes. And model Winnie Harlow let her eyes do the talking at the YouTube Beauty Festival not too long ago. Behind the soft glam beat was celebrity makeup artist David Velasquez, and we’re still obsessed. One of the industry’s go-to makeup artists, Velasquez is responsible for slaying some of the most beautiful looks for Jennifer Lopez, Chloe Bailey, Latto, and more.
He went with a soft and romantic face to complement Winnie’s show-stopping pink-metallic ensemble, as she showcased her Cay Skin collection at the Beauty Festival. David Velasquez created a sleek and classic eye look using a collection of Kiss New York Professional products, and he shows us how simple (and inexpensive) it is to recreate.
Here’s everything you need to recreate Winnie’s eye makeup below:
