Coined the “Pint-Sized Powerhouse” for her magnetic energy, unrelenting tenacity, and spellbinding storytelling abilities, Seneca Dunmore is an international speaker, speaker coach, and tireless humanitarian.

Seneca walked away from her corporate job in October 2014 to start her motivational speaking business in May 2015, and by July 2016, she was speaking on international stages. She coaches new and aspiring speakers, high-impact professionals, as well as business owners and entrepreneurs on how to leverage speaking as a primary vehicle to land 6-figure contracts for their business. Along with coaching, Seneca also partners with industry leaders to teach undercapitalized business owners and entrepreneurs how to access the capital they need to grow, scale, and sustain their businesses. It’s her mission to address the fiscal deficit in our community, by teaching enterprising business owners and entrepreneurs how to secure more capital, contracts, customers, and connections for their businesses by building pathways to funding.

 This inspired Ms. Dunmore to launch “Access Granted” which is a 15-city economic empowerment tour for undercapitalized business owners and entrepreneurs to address the financial structure within businesses and the gaping racial wealth gap within black communities. In collaboration with industry experts, the tour will teach enterprising business owners and entrepreneurs how to secure capital, contracts, customers, and connections by diversifying and exploring traditional and non-traditional funding options and opportunities.
