Dreezy has been grinding for years, and now she’s finally releasing new music for her fans. Hailing from Chicago, Dreezy exploded onto the scene with her breakout single “No Hard Feelings” featuring Jeremih in 2016, who’s music video boasts 86 million views on Youtube and counting. That same year, she unveiled her critically-acclaimed debut album No Hard Feelings.
Fast forward to 2022, Dreezy is back with a vengeance. On Thursday, April 7th, the rapper hosted an intimate listening party for her forthcoming project titled HITGIRL, produced entirely by 3x-Grammy award winning superproducer Hit-Boy. The evening was welcomed with an open bar, amazing food, and of course, a preview of the highly-anticipated project.
So far, Dreezy has released her newest single “THEY NOT READY” from the album, teasing fans with the heat that’s about to come. On the track, she spits, “Drop at least a hunnid virgils when I walk in Vuitton, Walk in Magic with a blunt so long it look like a wand. I got so many presidents I could make Joe Biden resign. God took his time, when he made me, I’m a custom design.”
Beyond her undeniable bars and rapping skills, Dreezy is the definition of Black Girl Magic, and we can’t wait for the rest of the music to drop!
