The Black Hair Experience: Interactive Pop Up Exhibit

Listen I don’t know about yall but I love my hair it truly is a reflection of my soul. Well, I have just experienced the most nostalgic, soul finding, magical time at the Black Hair Experience in the DMV. Yall, listen it takes you back to sitting in the kitchen while your mama was waiting for the hot comb to get hot, to all the different styles we were rocking from the ’80s to the ’90s into the ’00s. It seriously took me back down memory lane, it is an awesome exhibit that was inspired by two friends that shared the same love and appreciation of black hair and culture. Not to mention the bomb “yes I took it back to the word bomb” lol the bomb Instagram worthy photo spaces where you and your crew can show up and show out looking cute! So here is how it works you can grab your tickets online, show up with your crew 15 mins earlier, snap pics in the cutest IG spaces they have created, enjoy their hair oil lab, and last but not least buy from the cutest gift shop where you can buy the flyest things.
