Brooklyn Nets point guard, investor, and entrepreneur, James Harden recently made a minority investment with Saks Fifth Avenue – a company known for selling luxury goods such as Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci.
Over the years, Harden has established himself as a notable representative for the community he serves, claiming minority and brand ownerships of Major League Soccer’s Houston Dynamo and the National Women’s Soccer League’s Houston Dash, as well as BodyArmor, Stance and Pura, among others!
Saks chose Harden as an independent member of its board and a minority investor. Harden told Essence in an exclusive interview, “I am honored to join the Saks board and to be a part of a company that is paving the future of luxury retail.”
