CNN has just reported that President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for COVID-19.
This news comes after Trump and Hope Hicks (a top Trump aid) traveled to Cleveland for the 2020 presidental debate, tested positive. Hicks also traveled with Trump to his rally on Wednesday in Minnesota.
The President shared the news on Twitter.
Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!

In addition, Trump’s physican confirmed the diagnosis in a memo.
At this time, there is no news to if Joe Biden was potentially exposed to COVID-19 during Tuesday’s presidental debate.
