Behind the Scenes: Derek Lam

For the past 7 years, Estee Lauder has been the cosmetic brand behind the faces of the Derek Lam runway shows. This season, the Estee Lauder team, led by Tom Pecheux, created a soft, sexy look to accompany Lam’s chic, classic pieces down the catwalk.
“The beauty look Derek Lam and I created for the Fall 2013 show is a sophisticated, minimal urban hippie – playing off of Derek’s inspirational mood board and the textures and colors of the fabrics in his collection,” said Pecheux.
Our favs from the look: The New Pure Color Instant Intense Eyeshadow Trio in Smoke Chrome and the Pure Color High Intensity Lip Lacquer in Electric Wine, both launching in August.
